The other day I bought sausages (use by 13th) .... and today I bought frozen chips (use soonest as I don't have a freezer). While buying the chips I thought I'd cook the sausages/chips .... but I've not felt like it at all...... but I do need to cook those chips tomorrow!

If I had a freezer both packs would have been lobbed in there until I fancied them.

I've also got some cherry tomatoes to use up from last week - and a bag of red onions I bought today .... so it'll be tomatoes, onions, sausages cooked up ... served with chips.

Expedit update for the nice people.

It is being discontinued. However it is being immediately replaced by another line (called kallax I think). Slightly less colours in the range.

The difference is the thickness of the wood. The frames are all a bit thinner. Therefore the 149cmx149cm one I went for will be 147x147. The compartments will be the same size though.

Might only be an issue for those with OCD.

Luckily I managed to get my desired choice in the oak effect, which is what I wanted!

I have to admit it would drive me potty. I'd feel a bit miserable every time I looked at it.

Depends on the area. TIles have been used for centuries in some places, where there is local, suitable clay. Wealden houses, for example, have had tiles for at least 1,000 years. It was duel purpose - you dug the clay up, made tiles, and then filled the hole and used it as a fishpond / to soak wool in / other domestic or farming-type things.
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

My house is about twenty years old and we have been talking about switching our consumer unit for something more modern.

Worthwhile investment in safety? Any idea of approx cost? Thanks!

Always worth it, just in case. Something like £300, fitted, I think if the rest of the wiring is okay. :)

Cheers... I'm watching one of those Coast programmes and the bloke was at some place where they used to dig slate out for roofing. They said they were doing 9million slates/year there and it'd taken off in the mid 1800s .... so then I wondered.

    :)

It never works like that though .... having got a little man round to look/quote, you then start thinking about changing what you've got, adding more sockets etc.... and it all grows legs :)

Yes, but it's best to stick with "your own sort" otherwise you end up with that tricky problem in the future of each wanting to live in their own country, close to their own family .... so best to avoid that in the first instance by only dating local people whose families live locally :)

    .

I am hoping you are joking:eek:

NP couples do not fit this model from what I can remember.

Local dates for local people...I think I feel a TV programme coming on.
