Thanks JG for starting the thread again:
Sun - roast pork, roasted veg, roast pots, peas, spinach, gravy
Mon - LO roast pork, boiled pots, salad (DH may have baked beans rather than salad)
Tues - chicken liver & lentil bolognaise (a Jack Monroe recipe) - not tried before so hoping will be OK
Wed - Chicken tagine/Rice (a James Martin recipe) - another new one
Thurs - Mixed bean Goulash (another Jack Monroe recipe) - this is a regular one these days as we love it
Fri - Fish, chips & peas - now changed to salmon & chilli parmasan polenta (see below)
Sat - LO chicken tagine
The only thing I'll need to buy when I go shopping on Thursday is some fish for Friday - I'll see what looks nicest and at a good price!
Think we are likely to be going away in our motorhome at the weekend so fish and chips isn't possible (I don't like chippie chips they're too soggy!). Have decided to do Salmon with chilli & parmasan polenta as I have salmon in the freezer already so that will also reduce the weekly spend, which is no bad thing!

have to admit to using a jar of Asd@ chosen by you cooking sauce - this week we are having Rogan Josh for a change for a sweeter flavour rather that heat.... with beef chopped/cubed, onion, yellow pepper & chop/cubed butternut squash all chucked in casserole dish and bunged in oven.... no cooking skills here
