Mealplan WB 17th March

DH is back on Friday :D

Saturday - Toad in the Hole with Brocolli
Sunday - LO Beef Tikka Masala with Rice
Monday - Chicken Jambalaya (LO Chicken and HM Stock)
Tuesday - LO Chilli with Sour Cream, Natcho's and Salad
Wednesday - LO Chicken Casserole and Dumplings
Thursday - LO Beef Tikka Masala with Rice
Friday -
Saturday - SC Pea and Ham Soup
Sunday - SC Whole Chicken with Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, Peas, Carrots, Sweetcorn and Brocolli.

DH is normally Travel weary when he gets home, so Friday is free to see how he's feeling, and Saturday is a light meal for the same reason.

    Sunday : roast pork, potatoes, mashed turnip, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, yorkshires and gravy
    Monday: pasta with HM tomato sauce and cheese
    Tuesday: HM chicken tikka masala, prawn dopiaza for me, basmati rice and poppadoms
    Wednesday Rump steak, chips, peas, mushrooms and onion rings
    Thursday not sure yet
    Friday HM pizza

    Breakfast will be cereal bar, cereal or toast
    lunch, salads, bagels ot soup

    Last week until pay day for us so it really is a make what we have in week :o
    Oxtail stew with dumplings- Already made and in the freezer, just needs heated and dumplings added.
    HM pizza and salad- Bases already made in the freezer and have mozzarella in the freezer as well.
    Spicy chorizo mince wraps- I'll make the wraps today and the mince mixture ready to heat up during the week.
    BBQ chicken wings with grattan- I have wings in the freezer I can marinade and I have 2x ys grattans in the freezer also.
    Toad in the hole- I have the sausages in and plenty of potatoes, the veg can come from the freezer as well, I have 3 veg mash and sprouts and carrots/peas in there.
    Chicken dinner- I have 1 full chicken left, I'll make some yorkshire puddings and stuffing to go with it and veg from the freezer and mash.
    LO chicken curry with turmeric rice- I have everything in for that.

    We have plenty of oats and dried fruit in for breakfast and I am just about to make a couple of loafs for the week for sandwiches and toast.

    I'll also make a quiche for lunch today and some cheese and onion pasties for during the week. We have some chicken soup in the freezer for lunches as well and I'll make up some egg mayo and cheese savoury for a couple of sandwich days.

    Snacks we have a load of crisps and I'll make some twinks and some cheese biscuits today. We have plenty of dried fruit in and I'll make some HM yoghurt today as well.

    I best get cracking, well after this coffee anyway :rotfl:

    Busy week here, so I'm sure things will get moved about. As long as we eat what's in and don't buy junk food then I'm happy :)
    S - Bacon and mushroom fritatta with sauteed potatoes and broccoli
    M - Bacon and mushroom risotto with broccoli
    T - Out for an Indian for a friend's birthday
    W - Thai chicken soup and sandwiches (cinema)
    T - Chicken dipper and salad waps with new potatoes (gig)
    F - Bacon and egg fried rice with curry sauce (night out)
    S - Roast turkey dinner (stuffing, carrot and swede mash, corn, gravy)

    Tonight - stuffed peppers
    Monday - refried beans in GF wraps plus avacodo, cheese and creme fraiche (from Hugh FW veg book)
    Tuesday - LO refried beans
    Wednesday - at OH's after riding so will be a late tea of GF pasta with red pesto and cheese
    Thursday - Kerala prawn curry with brown rice and peas
    Friday - LO Kerala prawn curry
    Saturday - mozzarella and tomato risotto (again HFW veg recipe)
    Sunday - LO risotto

    Breakfasts will be poached egg on toast
    Lunches will be sandwiches.
    Snacks will be cereal bars or fruit.
