I suggest that as many people as possible use it to let them know what a "fine" is, etc.

So just to confirm - the previous advice of "just ignore" unenforeceable invoices doesn't now apply? And if you do just ignore what's the likelyhood of the scammers taking you to court, and winning? I've read the Stickies etc.., but on the specific points mentioned here, maybe someone could summarise? Also, if an appeal is successful it seems some posters are suggesting a counter claim on the scammer for time wasted.
(I haven't got a ticket myself)
Why are you hijacking threads when you already have one of your own on the go?
