When I appeal what grounds should I appeal on? After all I was parked in a parent and toddler bay so was wondering what my defence would be? Sorry I am a total novice at all this, and can't find any similar cases on here they are mainly people overstaying. Kind regards.
Parent and Toddler spaces are a gimmick - they have no standing.
Just use the template in the NEWBIES thread.
If you want to write your own first appeal then use the following points :
1. No loss to the landowner - no Genuine Pre-Estimate of Loss
2. No authority to issue charges

You've missed the black words below in my signature which tell you where to click to get 'home' from any thread, to page one of current threads (the NEWBIES sticky thread being at the top with Crabman's other sticky threads). Have a practice now, to click on the 'breadcrumb trail' blue link I mention.
