I thought that you had asked Coventry to close your account in November.

Still unable to log in - so I have requested that Coventry closes my account

If Coventry BS has admitted a problem it should solve it or return your funds. If you are getting no joy with official complaints go to the Ombudsman.

I decided to give them a second (third ?) chance in November - but have not been able to access my account since then...

Has anyone else had any problems with Coventry BS - their web form doesn't even elicit an "auto response" any longer......

I am a non speaker and the nearest branch is over 40 miles from me !!

As a non-speaker do you have the equipment that would allow you to do this?

    Helping with hearing difficulties

If you have it, you can call our Customer Service Centre using your Typetalk system.

OK I have heard from the Coventry
They claim - not to have received my password change paperwork -
The same thing has happened now, 3 times - last year, I tried to get my password changed twice and (after leaving it over a week) - tried to log on - only to fail
Could this really be an issue with Royal Mail ?
I put the letter in the post box, outside my local post office in time for last collection on Wednesday 5th March !!
Maybe I should have used Track and Trace - but this is of no actual financial value - this is silly
