In fact, any "fair use" laws would not apply in this case because the OP intends to distribute something they don't actually own, and that is a separate offence in itself unless they have explicit permission from the copyright owner.
Of course if the data the OP intends to share is not copyrighted, then none of the above applies anyway.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
