Hi, has anyone any dealings with the above website. I bought a phone last night, asn received an email this morning saying I needed to confirm a proof of identity check. They asked me afew questions about my credit history, but came back and said I failed it?!?!
I have to email them a copy of my drivers licence and a utlities bill to prove proof of id.

oops just realised I actually did give them a wrong answer, I forgot I was one of the ones who got the free t-mobile sim lol.
Sent an email of apology along with my proof of id
