Sagem My401V unlocking/games downloads

Been given a Sagem My401V and wondered how do I unlock it to use with any sim card from any phone network (currently Vodafone)
and also
I have loads of java mobile games which I tried to bluetooth from my PC to the phone but said "error when reading".

Does anyone know how to solve these problems?
