Ditching Virgin

I've been looking at a few ways to save money on my Virgin Media account and after some haggling and number crunching I've got what I think is the perfect set up.
I was paying £45 per month for my VM deal, this includes the ridiculous TV tax.
I've got any offer with BB at 50MB and I phone line for £15.50. The phone only gives me weekend calls but only have it for incoming calls anyway. I also don't watch TV, everything is on demand and catch up.
I have an Xbox and use my in laws Sky logon so I get various Sky channels inc sports and movies plus all the box sets etc. There is also 4od, ITV Player and BBC iPlayer, Netflix and the like.
Now TV, the box would be in the bedroom, Roku box in the lounge along with Xbox. £4.99 for the entertainment pass on the Now TV and Roku box. £5.99 for Netflix, they do have some good stuff but if Amazon Prime is any good I'd jump over.
So, instead of £45 I'd be looking at £26.50, a decent saving of £18.52. Keep in mind I can drop any of the services so that could go up to a possible £26 per month saving.
Now, yes I can't or shouldn't watch live TV but with the catch up and on demand stuff, am I actually missing anything. A resounding no I think?
