    Does it mention a certain month between April and June, together with lots of other vague threats containing possibles, could's and other such guff?
    has the writing changed from black to red?
    has the person signing the letter had a sex change?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

    "The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

    The person signing the letter doesn't go in for the gender re-assignment op until it gets to the Zenith letter, which - for the OP's benefit - is probably the next letter you'll get.

    What's the wording? If it's titled "Letter of intended court action" but uses such obviously vague threats, then it's an attempt to misrepresent and should be reported to the SRA (Solicitors Regulatory Authority) because someone is being very naughty.

    Sub header what happens if I don't pay then goes on to explain I'm liable for this charge
    Make a payment plan
    And they will pass my file to there creditor and if we go to court it will affect my credit file if I lose and get a CCJ

    At the bottom it says go the there website and few other court judgments they have won
