Its still from DRP and says letter of intended court action unless the full amount is not paided
What's the wording? If it's titled "Letter of intended court action" but uses such obviously vague threats, then it's an attempt to misrepresent and should be reported to the SRA (Solicitors Regulatory Authority) because someone is being very naughty.0 -

And they will pass my file to there creditor and if we go to court it will affect my credit file if I lose and get a CCJ
At the bottom it says go the there website and few other court judgments they have won0
