can anyone tell me if they're having any trouble with vodafone regarding free spotify on 4g plan!? i must have made between 15 and 20 calls to their customer service dept in the last 3 months because I keep getting billed for it and it should be free for 12 months .. also rang at end of jan to cancel insurance which finished 12/3 however they have charged me again this month which will cover until 4/4 ?? does anyone else have this problem with Voda n their customer service as I may well be talking in a different language as they just seem to do what they like ??
