Will do what you suggest, mobilejunkie.
Don't know of ANY provider who has a good attitude towards their customers.0 -
I won't dispute that with you. I've had problems with all the ones I've used at various times, but currently Orange and Vodafone are in pole position by a distance (though I think Orange may be pulling away slightly).
One of the people I order for has told me today they are also having a problem accessing bills on one of their Orange contracts. Needless to say I've told them what to do and will keep an eye on things (all the deals I get are cashback and I like to ensure the people I watch over don't lose any of their claims!).0 -

You are probably right regarding their indifference. It's clear they know about the issue, yet have not proactively done anything about it, or offered customers paper bills free as an alternative (without jumping through hoops to get them). The time spent chasing them on the phone and via email was ridiculous. It was only when I threatened with CISAS that I got anywhere. I actually submitted a CISAS complaint and evidence but they never contacted me to say they had accepted it, and I'm not sure why as my issue with Orange has been ongoing since July 2013.0
