Is there a date on your letter which says when you'll receive DLA until? If not, it would be until at least affter October 2015. I am not sure yet (it may not have been announced) if there's a timeable as to when which claimants would be transferred over.

Unless I am mistaken that would seem to mean they have stopped paying your claim.

I suggest you ring the number on the letter to clarify the situation or take a trip to the CAB and get one of their benefits advisers to help you sort it out

    Good luck with it
I am not offering advice, at most I describe what I've experienced. My advice is always the same; Talk to a professional face to face.

Debt - None of any type: Bank or any other accounts? - None: Anything in my name? No. Am I being buried in my wife's name... probably

Given the way the DWP are in meltdown and Insidious Duncan-Smith's welfare policies are in chaos it may be be well after 2015!!

I contacted the D.L.A. about my pip claim and was told that as it was a new scheme it could take up to 26 weeks to hear anything that's before any assessment meeting / decisions etc(:( I could be looking at 9 months I live in the Cardiff area) so is there any hope for me

If you mean 'can I expect it any faster' - not especially, unless it speeds up nationally.
