  • First of a strong complaint email to steve.murrells@co-operative.coop and that has seen most peoples claim dropped, but ive sent you a pm with my email address, as you will need to send a defence in as well (just in case)

    I would be grateful if you could send me some tips as to what to include in the defence reply to Court. Many thanks.

    If you have a small claim you realy need to create your own thread, if there is ever a reason to do so its this, you/ve been lost in somebody else's thread, and you won't get advice on this particular thread because of the hijack
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
