Off for something to eat, see you later (no doubt on the new thread) :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

:(:(:( fingers crossed, when we were selling our house we were messed about and it was a buy to let that bought it, in the end we said we are pulling out and got an exchange.
We thought it was going to be quick as cash buyer and we accepted the offer in May exchanged sept 1st:eek::eek::eek: our lady we were buying off was hot on our case:rotfl::rotfl:

    Sounds similar to me.

I am the lady hot on the case. :rotfl:

Originally the developer (cash buyer) was buying hers to let to her short term until she found somewhere and then let to others. They told him if no exchange by Friday the sale was off so I have said same to my solicitor feel a bit mean but if the idiot knows it's coming from me rather than her may force the issue. I really hope so.

His offer was accepted beginning of January and I accepted hers about mid January. I thought it sounded like she was in a good position.

Need a lot of positive vibes tomorrow. :o

I wish I could tell when they had that look:(:(:(. My last 'young male' was fine (I was using 'normal-sized' APGs) but not as totally disinterested as I would have liked. Certain things about what happened as well... I suspect I read [reed] too much into it though!:)

I watch the younsters while they are scanning you can usually tell which ones are not really bothered. But I have been known to get it wrong. ;)

Too expensive for me sorry. I noticed these as also on offer in M - don't know if any M comp.? But they go down to 50p r'back in A. (And frozen ones, larger pack, vs T at 30p?) Sorry to diss that result:o.

Somebody has said that the frozen ones are not working.Don't know if this is confirmed.

Why do we have to be treated like this by some money grabbing gits!
Hope things get sorted soon Tiny x

Thank you altojack. I am holding on to the hope it is going to happen tomorrow. Her solicitor really can't understand it.

I would much rather people were honest, if it is a cash flow on his part say he can't actually complete for another few weeks then why not just say so. I would work around what I know and I am pretty sure so would my buyer.

But business is just business I guess, no disrespect to any property developers on the Elite, we all have to earn a living. :o
