You should be able to add all/most varieties of 2L Dr Pepper, Sprite and Fanta too, but I can't confirm this for another hour and a bit.

    I'm off out again!!:D:D:D:D

How many are you shopping for? Usually 3 adults plus one small dog and a cat. However, we are regularly visited by 2 adult DSs and their partners so often feed them too. DSs never expect feeding and would contribute if asked but I really want to be able to feed them without asking for help unless things get really desperate!

Any special dietary requirements? Dh has type 2 diabetes so needs low sugar. I can't stand egg whites (although fine when mixed in with other foods). Dd and I can't tolerate anything too spicy although dh loves spicy food.

Are you a fairly competent cook? Yes, although current health problems mean I am limited in how long I can spend standing cooking (no more than 10 - 15 minutes at a time). I do have a magimix and a microwave to help speed things up.
Do you have spare freezer space? I have a large chest freezer with some space available but not a massive amount as I have quite a few burgers and bni curries in there at the moment! :D I've also got far too many ice creams and puddings amassed from months ago!

(You don't have to answer any of these if you want!) I don't mind answering at all if it might help someone to give me relevant advice. I'm extremely grateful for all the help I've received thus far.
As a general guideline (and what works for me) is meal planning and batch cooking, and only buying exactly what you need for that week's/fortnight's/month's meal plan.

Yes - I think I need to do this now too. I am dreadful about not planning things meals in advance though as we tend to do lots of things on the spur of the moment. I guess that my current dizziness will put a limit on that though. :( One of my biggest problems is that I got into the habit (when working full time) of buying whatever I fancy without thinking it through and then wasting much of it. I think I could also try living out of the freezer for a fair few meals too - although to be honest I think there's more ice cream in there than anything else!
