I emailed Dr Oetker about it and they were very apologetic, asked me to send the coupons back to them and they are sending me replacements! I used the form on their website.

I do hope the expiry date is extended lol...I guess it will be. So I should end up with better coupons more likely to be accepted in store and less rush to spend them...it might be a better route for you too...
