    Afternoon all

Had a good morning shopping with DS2 and catching up with a friend for a cuppa :)

Came back home to find that I'd won a FB comp to take the boys to see Peppa Pig on tour. Perfect :j Think we'll be heading Tiger's way as that is our nearest theatre with it on before DS1 starts school

My ds2 had bowel problems and sees a specialist.
We were told to give fresh apple juice, not from concentrate warm it a litttle. Also, if they hold it in, give them a tub of bubbles to blow while sitting on the potty/loo... apparently they can't hold in whilst they're blowing! I thought this sounded very strange, but it does work. HTH & GL!
Top Tip of the Day. Thanks:T

But did anyone else imagine themselves as a small child and act out the scenario in their heads, before thinking "Yes! That would work!":)
It's true. Or tell them to imagine blowing out candles on a cake. My cousins son had issues when he was younger and saw a specialist. Would hold it in until he became constipated. Until one day he was in the bath, stood up abruptly and said "mummy, it's coming".. a Mr Whippy like poo came out and my cousin shoved her hands out so it wouldn't go in the bath :rotfl: :D It still makes me laugh. :rotfl:

    Good afternoon:wave:

    Hope everyone is well,

I bobbed in to m7s this morning, there's a Mother's Day £20 meal deal started today. Main, 2sides, pudding and wine.
    I bought...

    12 Yorkshire puds £2
    Large roasted potatoes £3.50
    Pork loin £10.92
    Tavola frizz £6.99
    Chocolate brownie £4.00

Adds well over the £25 spend for the green redeem:j

However we have no ss tills, so I also bought a couple more bits 2x bacon for £4 and some cheese sticks to take me just over..

Used my £5 gr moc and £10 e voucher... Total cost £10.99

There were a few options to choose from...
    Hth...

    Oos and I got a £3 off £15 till split :)
