Ooh, I didn't know about that one, thanks. I doubt there'll be much left by the time I finish work - but I'll know for next time.
Yate has loads of reduced stock out (upstairs and downstairs), but I don't know if it's that that's getting reduced to £1 or some other stuff 'out back'Final cigarette smoked 02/01/18

Good afternoon everyone.

T25 I think is brilliant for people just starting out in getting fit. It is broken down into 2 five week blocks Alpha and Beta (there is also gamma but that is additional extra)
Alpha literally starts of at walking pace and there is a modifier you can follow throughout if you can't do the moves.
It is really a good introduction to fitness and the 25 mins is it's best selling point because loads of people say they don't have time. This is HIIT training at it's best you will exhaust one part of your body till you can't go any further and then move on to another area straight away.
There is a double workout on Friday which means you can have the weekend off so to speak ( there is a stretch on Sunday which is just as important in my opinion)
As with anything you have to commit to not only the programme but healthy food choices as well to get the best results.
Any questions fire away

ETA if you really want a challenge then Insanity is the answer:D but it slightly longer.
Would love to do insanity, but it so expensive.0 -
Good Afternoon
Got the £1 thermal vests bought 2. My store also had the thermal socks snap posted but I didn't want those also some nice mens tops in XXXXL would have buried both me and my DS. Saw lots nice kiddies clothes £1 mainly girls apart from boys undies.
Scanned the biscuits that should have been £1 came up £3 went to CS. They couldn't do anything because sel said £3 and that's what they scanned at
While scanning I found someone's stashhidden in seasonal isle
so scanned them all and :j 120g bag moshi monsters 1p and a 2 pack mens socks 50p should have been £4 :T rest of stuff was  so I left it.
So I am happy I have found a 1p item0 -
