Unfortunately news has got worse today, according to my solicitor my buyer has been in tears. And to be honest so have I. :(

At this very late stage her buyer has said he wants permission from leaseholder that he can make alterations before he will exchange and apparently that can take up to 4 weeks.

Where that leaves us if the answer is no is anyones guess. He is being given ultimatum tomorrow but where that leaves me if she does not have a buyer is up "poo" street.

Any advice from anyone who has been in similar position gratefully received. :o

I'm just about to go out TS but didn't want to read and run.
This is poo! I can't imagine how you must be feeling :(:( massive hugs huggy.gif
  • Sorry TS have only ever rented so can offer no advice :( Hope all gets sorted for you asap x

Good luck to tweets boys for tonight :T

Be funny if tiger finds the same pair under her bed this year :rotfl:

I can't remember but have I ever admitted I lost a G-string once. It either got left at a hotel or in boot of friends' (couple) car. :o

I obviously did not chase up either to find it. :rotfl:

I went away with it and it didn't come home with me.

At some point I did rummage in my rucksack while it was in my friends' boot, I always wonder if it fell out. :o

Can anyone who's doing a A vs M apg shop corfirm my logic on this...
McVities Jamica Ginger cake is £1.30 in A, 65p in M
    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Cakes/McVities_Jamaica_Ginger_Cake_245g.html
It's in a 2 for £1.50 offer with peppa pig cupcakes ( http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/product/910001065774 )- there are none in my nearest store so I couldn't test it earlier, might work for someone.

Tinyshoes, really hope the house goes through this time, people should not be allowed to pull out at such a late stage
