Unfortunately news has got worse today, according to my solicitor my buyer has been in tears. And to be honest so have I. :(

At this very late stage her buyer has said he wants permission from leaseholder that he can make alterations before he will exchange and apparently that can take up to 4 weeks.

Where that leaves us if the answer is no is anyones guess. He is being given ultimatum tomorrow but where that leaves me if she does not have a buyer is up "poo" street.

Any advice from anyone who has been in similar position gratefully received. :o

    Oh no TS :(

Thanks rhosynbach. I am finding it far too upsetting than maybe I should. I just need closure and was hoping it would all be done and dusted before the first anniversary.

It is starting to become a burden financially now too. :(
