I'm really sorry but you are giving duff information. Private firms can and DO chase and enforce it, go to,court AND WIN. It depends on the firm.

  • Not sure if this has already been mentioned but after ordering from Thompson&Morgan a few weeks ago when they had the fuschia offer on with £5 voucher they have just emailed me with another free £5 off. Had a few packets of seeds in my basket anyway so have just ordered them and only paid postage of £1.95.
    So check your in boxes.

    Hello all.

Another went and wild day. Got soaked on way back from the gym.

Went to Sada and found a lot of items in the freezer on reduced to clear. Most were down from £1 to 50p. Items included frozen cubes of garlic, tomato and basil sauce and pesto sauce amongst various other things.

I also purchased some SHANA GARLIC AND CORIANDER NAN (from the world food frozen section) which clearly said trial price £1.29 on the pack. I got charged £1.80 for it so off I trotted to CS. They didn't have a clue but after 10 minutes he gave me the 51p difference back. I asked aboout the £2 gift card but he said I have rectified the overcharge and practically told me to fork off. Is that correct? I thought you got the £2 gift card regardless?

I also tried surfing this morning but as you probably already know its dead in the water so I had to visit CS on the way out.

Pity about this but at least I've got a few bottles for ourselves and for sharing. But Ive got a

    sainsbobs v sada list

in readiness and I would much rather have used up my full value BM doing that shop and Ive got no conditional spends now until maybe Monday or whenever I go to sainsbobs next

This was a nice simple glitch so a big thanks to the OPs and I really enjoyed doing this one, just have to find a home for the bottles now :)

My fushias have arrived in a flat box in the post last week, all potted up and with it some vouchers with various codes on various leaflets - I didn't think of buying seeds - is there a section of cheaper ones?
Have to see if Ive had an email as well - although I don't suppose 2 codes would work?

Ello babe, I had this last month in Sada. I rang customer services and they sent out a gift card. They are defo supposed to give out a £2 gift card for every item you've been overcharged on. Supposedly they were ringing the store up to remind them of the policy. X
