Girlfriend has just called me quite upset. She went shopping a few weeks ago, she went into Asda for a few bits then off into town. I usually drive in but she left the car in Asda and decided to walk in (it can be difficult to park sometimes and she's new on the road and isn't completely confident yet).

Anyway, today a fine dropped through the door because she'd parked for more than 2 hours. It was the first time shopping on her own, she's only just started driving and had no idea about any parking rules.. I never thought to tell her.

Thought I'd go through a few pages on here and read about some good APG's, makes me feel better :)

Be VERY VERY careful if you decide NOT to pay as the rules have changed. I know to my cost :o

We've just got some fence panels. Went to Wickes but they were not in stock and were only delivering, and they wanted us to pay for delivery:eek:

Anyway, we promptly went to B&Q and they sold them to us for the same price less 10% :D
Is that the wrinkly discount they give out on a Tuesday ;)

 My fridge has broken. :(

Thought something was smelling off, threw out some open cheese but was still stinky. Then realised nothing was cold.

So camping fridge that had been emptied so I can put cheese from mum's fridge is now jam packed and I am having to take loads of jars of half used jams, pickles, sauce etc round to bungalow. :o

Mr TS tried changing fuse and it clicked on for seconds and then could smell burning so it has definitely died. :(

Can't even bring mum's round as I have included it in sale. And I don't have the money for a new one at the moment. Oh joy!!!

DO NOT PAY IT, forum on here. It costs them more to chase it so they don't enforce it.
