Dr O vouchers :mad:

Bought 2 Dr O with other items in Farmfoods. They had them at £2.75 each or 2 for £3 - they took just £3 off for 2 vouchers!:(

OK popped to Tesco for some shopping. Bought 4 Dr O's & had 4 vouchers. Young lad at till, thought he'd just scan them - nope he called CS girl (which was the same one I used last week when Pizzas were £2.99 and she said they had to go through as £2.79 each - OK by me as wouldn't scan). Anyway she today said "scan them & if they go through at £2.79 then take that off the bill, as long as she bought 4 we can take 4 at £2.79 each, as that's what we get back". I was pleased! HOWEVER 2 scanned fine then on 3rd one the till said "insufficient money paid!" Ended up them giving me back 2 vouchers as till would only accept 2 on 4 pizzas.

Has anyone else had this happen to them in Tescos? I'm wondering if they have new software on the tills that won't allow you to make a profit on vouchers and checks on prices? Can't just be my store, or can it??

I bought 2 earlier in the week. One voucher scanned but the other wouldn't. The SA entered the barcode and it was accepted.....as for new software on tills? No, I don't think so. I used several vouchers which gave me money off my shopping with no problems
