    For future reference pattipet, never buy from a website which doesn't have a contact address and phone number.

    It is true that Mastercard have a minimum purchase value for a chargeback, but it is only £10.

    Visa, and I believe Amex, have no minimum spend limit.

    Hi. Thank you for all the replies. I emailed them and told them I am seeking legal advice and they have agreed to refund me and I have to pay the shipping fee which is £7. I will be waiting for the refund before I send it back tho. Thanks again for all the advice.
