Primus - set me up for a deal I didnt want!

I choose the deal which was £120 upfront for 12 month line rental and then £2.00 a month for six months for broadband, rising to £4.00. Did this via moneysupermarket. However Primus set me up on their standard deal. It has taken 5 MONTHS and many calls to get back to my original deal. They are incompetent. They set me up for incorrect payments and then constantly text, email, phoned me and sent me letters from credit control even though I had proactively called them and they acknowledged I didnt owe the money Their systems allow them no flexibility. I am winning but I would NEVER use this company again. Avoid like the plague.
