This does not answer patricia's question.....Thanks for the reply Patricia. I told them I was happy with their fees and told them to go ahead with home survey and report.0 -
It could be as the op is in Scotland, you cannot just change estate agents, well you can, but it would be costly. Many ea charge a fixed fee in Scotland and that's it. If you try and change ea you have to pay 50% of the fee. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the ea, the ball is in the op court to get their survey checked and signed off before the ea can do anything.0

The OP has suggested the surveyor hasn't even visited the flat yet, so I surmise there's been some mix-up of keys, or surveyor expecting to find the OP at home, or some variant of same.....clearmydebts wrote: »The manager has gotten onto the case now and it is being done tomorrow.0
