    If this was a credit card and not a store card, whoever was in partnership with John Lewis was probably regulated.
    As I've said, working less than 16 hours a week and being a student invalidates the PPI.

    You do need to know who to complain tot hough, so phone up John Lewis mastercard and ask.

    Make a complaint.

    Thread title seems to indicate it was a store card which later "morphed" into a credit card. Original sale won't have been regulated, (but period after the transition would have been).
