O2 business to consumer - how long will it take
Just changed my contract with O2 from a business acc to consumer via CFW on Sunday, rang O2 yesterday to get my old number back as I had been issued with a temporary one and was told it would be changed over in 48 hours, and phone would be offline for between 10 and 20 minutes whilst this changeover occurs.
It is now almost 11.30 and I have been without service on my old number since before 9am, does anyone know how long this can take?
I'm at work at the minute so can't really phone O2 til I get home.

Just off the phone to O2 for the third time as my number has still not switched over, and have to wait another 4 hours for it to be migrated.
This is an addition to the initial 10 mins, 4 hours and 24 hours I have already been told it would take to switch.
My God when I changed from Vodafone to O2 many years ago it took about 20 mins - how difficult is it to switch within the same company!!!
