How to Block Bidders on eBay?

How do I prevent a particular unreliable buyer from bidding on other items?

    Go to ..
    Account
    Site preferences
    Buyer preferences - Show

Just below Buyer Preference Title you will see this

To allow specific eBay members to bid on or purchase your items regardless of the requirement(s) you select, add them to your buyer requirements exemption list

Click buyer requirements exemption list and complete the forms.

Allowing is not excluding. OP if you want to add a specific buyer to your blocked bidder list you need to copy their user ID and paste it in your blocked bidder list.

If you exempt them, it means they are exempt your blocks! Ie the opposite to being blocked.

    It is in buyer/bidder management.

The OP wanted to block, not to allow people to bid.

    Same problem, different aspect.

I like that international buyers up the price on collectable items, and this is the first problem I've had. Fortunately I won't now have to deal again with this particular buyer.

    Then you've your settings wrong.

Block this buyer only and another may come along. You shouldn't have international buyers on collectable items.......set your preferences correctly - avoid these incidents before they start.

It's akin to understanding the T&C before you go off on one...:p
