T-mobile fraud
Hi I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, please excuse me if not.
I was a victim of fraud on my t-mobile account a couple of years ago and although everything was sorted I was left with a deferred payment on my account which means that my credit score is being affected. I have spoken to t-mobile on several occasion but to no avail. Does anyone here know how I can remove this deferred status on my credit file??

First you have to exhaust the internal T-mobile complaints procedure.
Then you can:- complain to the CRA, e.g. http://experian.co.uk/consumer/questions/askjames308.html?sc=701749&infinity=gaw~EX%2BDisputing%20Errors%2BUK%2BALL%2BSPART~BROAD%2BDispute%20Experian~46378507630~experian%20disputes~b
- take the case to the ombudsman.

I had an issue with T mobile billing and data and raised a complaint which was eventually closed out by EE's Executive department whom were actually quite helpful and obviously empowered to correct the issue and offer recompense.
I haven't got the contact details to hand but a google search came up with this page
http://eecomplaints.co.uk/make-a-complaint
I would give a try and if you can speak to someone in the executive office I am sure that they can help
Found the exec office number it's 080007900320 -
