If it was a Rolex watch or anything similar, then the sender is an idiot for firstly not putting the correct postage on, and secondly not using a more appropriate service, i.e. one which is tracked and insured.

I cant comment on the idiosyncrasies of others. perhaps I read it on another post (no pun) about a rolex, but we will perhaps never know the contents of said parcel/package.

The parcel would have had a return address on it somewhere, so I guess even the Ruddy Monkeys may have that address in their system, which would mean GeeBee could find out who sent it and contact them about a compensation claim or whatever?

Or at least find out what the prize was, so we can all get some sleep.

nobody knows who sent the parcel, so it will be impossible to find a return address till the parcel is found. then it wont be needed anyway.

op was unaware of a pending parcel till the red card appeared so dosent know who to ask.

But if they were able to send a red card then surely even that bunch of inept !!!!! would still keep all the details of the parcel on file. ie return address, at the very least.

There is likely no parcel, its a letter

yes you might be right or one would hope you are right, but if its not a tracked or signed for parcel then there will be nothing to scan and nothing will be hand written, op has not mentioned as im aware off any signature required.
I don't work there but can imagine what its like from the collection desk experience when ive been carded but I only get the white ones.

when we all get 3d lazer printers we wont need the rm then.
