    Regardless of this debate - Very now have the item and customer doesn't.

    Have you requested it back to sell for parts? Or at least so they don't have it since they made you post it only to change their mind....

    I agree Very don't have to refund/repair...but it's a bit bad of them to tell a customer they will then change their mind after it's been posted.
    People don't know what they want until you show them.

    I know. It basically means the poster if they drop it again and it does break they will try and take it for a refund and quoting laws at the retailer in a very miss guided way! :wall:

    100% correct.

    TV's that are intended to be wall mounted should survive falling off the wall if someone cannot install it correctly. Right?
