Seems like this number is registered to Ch5.

Read the thread that Stompa has provided, and decide on the relevant course of action from there.

How can you be charged for incoming calls?
AFAIK it's only incoming texts from a short number that you can be charged for.

If it really were the texts that you have not subscribed to, claim the money back.
  • Hi all, my husband has been charged as above. So far approx £50! He was looking to watch football on his mobile when a !!!!!! site popped up. He closed it down but is receiving these texts ever since! He has text stop as per Stompa's link without any joy. Tmobile haven't come back to us! Any other thoughts?

What's it got to do with TMobile?

Sending the word STOP to the shortcode, won't trigger a call from TMob. This is just telling the company that your husband is subscribed to, to unsubscribe him.
If you/he believes that he has been subscribed in error - then you either need to approach the company and request a refund, or report the company to PhonePayPlus (the regulator).

Not really sure what you believe TMob's part is in all of this?
