OneCompare.com - NOT Independent?!

As part of some work for a new client, ive been asked to look at mobile comparison wesbites.
The first one I've looked at is OneCompare.com which I know gets some very good / positive feedback on these forums.
The first thing I noticed is that they offer their own deals on their results pages, through a website they run called http://www.want-that-mobile.co.uk/, my first thought was how can you run an independent / impartial comparison site and list their own results?!, surely there will be some bias going-on here? what are peoples thoughts on this, do you agree that listing your own results in your own comparison site means you can't be independent?? does this matter? do you care?
On further research I've called the OneCompare sales line a number of times and they continued to try and sell me offers through their Want That Mobile site, again showing bias even though they say on their website "Our mission is to provide everyone with impartial information"
The research Im doing is also for the national press so I will be interested to hear peoples thoughts on this...
