    Here are command line instructions:

    Click Start - Run - type cmd - OK.

    In the black window that's just opened type

    copy %systemroot%\system32\dllcache\sndvol32.exe %systemroot%\system32

    and press Return. Type Y at the Overwrite? prompt.

    OK did this it said

    THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED, NO FILES COPIED

    Hi ok I tried typing it in again in the black box and it came up saying ONE FILE COPIED

    WOWOWOWOWOWOWOOOOOOOOOOOOO I went back into control panel and added icon to task bar and it WORKED.

    I love you lol thank you so so so so much and for being so patient with me, I'll leave well alone from now on thanks again.
