Great news! Have you added the wording of the decision and the name of the PPC you beat, in the 'POPLA decisions' sticky thread for our winning stats?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

i have to appeal to popla now against jas
the only reason jas have given in the rejection of my appeal is
Site: Staples Stevenage
Issue date: 25/11/2014
Thank you for your email. The reason the parking charge notice was because the driver parked your
vehicle and left the premises and went out which is not authorised. When the parking charge notice was
issued the driver was not inside Staples.
The driver was seen leaving the car park, this is a breach of the car parks terms and conditions. Not only
did the driver leave the car park they also parked in the staff only area.
Staples car park is only for customers whilst using the premises. Our car park terms and conditions are
clearly written on the 8 sign boards that are displayed throughout the car park.
Our sign boards clearly state below.
• Vehicle left in the car park before or after using either premises.
• Restrictions apply 24/7 including weekends and bank holidays.
• No waiting / no turning / no overnight parking / this is not a pick up or drop off site.
so i am looking for advice on how to go with popla appeal, they saw me walk away not directly to the store that doesn't mean i did not go into the store i just did not walk in the direction they looked, i have no till receipts from being in the store, so no evidence i can submit
thanks0 -
just read and follow the popla appeal advice in the links in the NEWBIES sticky thread
find a recent jas thread (use the forum search) and plagiarise their propla appeal, simple as that , doesnt matter what happened on the day
ps: pm crabman and ask him to split your post and mine away from this thread you have hijacked
then stick to your own thread please, thanks0 -
Don't forget to mention that JAS have admitted failing to mitigate their loss by not warning the driver of the consequences of leaving site when they were observed doing so.
