Maybe make it a bit clearer and spell it out that you appealed in good time as the keeper (not driver) to the first letter received, and yet this PPC is refusing you the right to POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Contrary to what you may have been told by whoever gave you my name, I don’t handle the investigations personally , this is done by a team who work under the e-mail address aos@britishparking.co.uk – I have copied them in for completeness and they will deal with your case. However this case is now out of our hands as it has now been passed to our debt recovery.
You Parking Charge Notice was issued on the 30th December 2013, you then had 28 days to appeal, as this time has now passed you have lost the right to appeal.
Please contact TNC with any further correspondence.
To TNC Ive sent the same email as to JAS just added that is the COPY (CC) copy few post earlier0 -

I have sent an appeal email to you on 11th March which I have done straight after I received a first letter about PCN number JAS XXXX. Letter arrived 01/03/14 so I appealed in good time as a registered keeper of the car. After two weeks I haven’t received any answer yet.
Still waiting for reply from you as for now I understand you refuse my right to appeal and/or POPLA.
Don't really know what to do.
JAS replied TNC just keep sending reminders.0 -
Ignore the reminders and wait for a response from the BPA, this happens on every JAS thread. You'll find some cases like yours by searching this forum for 'JAS Staples' as keywords.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

BPA answered.
Requested copy of PNC and copies of correspondence with companies.
Just sent all those to them.

I would forward the emails to Steve Clark and ask why his team has not taken the simple step of telling JAS/TNC that a keeper can appeal to POPLA so they need to send POPLA codes out in this sort of situation, not pretend it's too late to appeal when it is clearly NOT.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was away for few weeks so I didn't have a chance to write an email to Steve Clark.
Got second PCN Reminder from tnc...same as the first letter I received.
And I finally got response from BPA and donno why they think I'm a woman lol

Thank you for your e-mail with the information requested
We have contacted the operator concerned regarding the issue you have raised and once we have received a response to our request we will be in contact with our findings.
The BPA is a membership association and not a regulatory body & we do not get involved in individual tickets issued or the appeals process.
Whilst we are happy to investigate possible breaches of the Code of Practice, we do not have the authority to instruct the parking operator to cancel parking charge notices.
