    Even if it's a ticket next time, you don't pay. The registered keeper WAITS for the first letter a month or two later then the KEEPER appeals, as explained in the 'Private parking ticket? NEWBIES please read these FAQs first' sticky thread.

    If SASH Trust are doing it themselves and are NOT on the BPA 'Approved Operators' list then surely it means they cannot get any RK's details from the DVLA.

    Or am I being too simplistic.
