I have just had a look at the thread & it does appears that DomSez did edit the post.
It is visible via Google cache.
Great party trick there but not sure that it should really be used:-)

With VBulletin software only an admin, mod or local forum mod can edit posts. The person who edited it must have fallen into one of those categories.Pants1
