Complaint to T-Mobile Timescales

I've made a complaint to T-Mobile on 5 of March via email. Haven't heard from theme since at all.
What is the requirement by regulator(Ofcom?) to acknowledge my complaint and then issue a final response?

As it is only the 9th today and they have only had your complaint for 2 working days i would expect they are still within the required guidelines. Have you checked the T-Mobile website it should tell you on there how long is expected for a response..Or check the regulators website as i presume most people on here would have to check before giving you the answer.

EDIT: Just a thought, try the forum further up the page that deals with phone etc (sorry can't remember what the heading is), i'm sure there is a T-Mobile agent who posts on there, or there will be someone on there who can answer.
