I can't get the site to load at the moment, but if you go to Nigella Lawson's site and do a search for muffin recipes loads come up (by her and by other people). I use the 'quick muffins' recipe myself all the time, generally adding some honey instead of sugar, dried fruits, seeds etc.0

ok - my version - adapted from a 1970s bero one:
melt 4oz butter/ marg and 1tbsp of syrup
Crush 3oz cornflakes. Add 2oz SR flour, 3oz sugar and 2 oz oats. Mix in the marg mix. Spread into a 8" x 8" tin Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 160C. Mark into 12 fingers in the tin as soon as removed from oven. Cool in tin.
So you're only looking at 1/3oz marg/ butter per finger - and they're yummy“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”
