Well this is a funny thread...
What is the fight about?, are you fighting me to win my property, or if you win the fight do you get to move in...or is it just some kind of fight in the middle of the street for something to do??
Either way I will win..and i'm old I would imagine in your eyes, 5ft nothing, and a chick.....however i'm a feisty mare, used to do kick boxing, and just hate it when people pick on me for no reason other than their own shoite.
So once i've got you in a headlock with my legs if you are lucky and beg I will let you go...if not....you get to pay my mortgage and do my job for the next year provided I haven't grabbed a knife and slit your throat you idiot.....lol.
You really shouldn't get so wound up with things on the internet and forums....lol.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -

There is historical precedent for this hypothetical fight. That was when Cro-mangan man first encountered the Neanderthal circa 70,000 year ago. The Neanderthal was physically stronger but was made extinct due to the greater intelligence of Cro-mangan man.
Roll forward to today, the Neanderthal is represented by the renter, especially those on council estates. The root cause of people renting is lack of intelligence which results in them having to entering lower paid employment which then results in an inability to buy.
In the Future ? If H G Wells novel, the time machine is anything to go by, we may well see it again. I think there is a real possibility that the renter will de-evolve into the Morlock.
If HPI continues in the manner it has over the past 15 years, we could well see the situation where the only way to own property is to inherit it. If this happens it will likely increase the inter breeding between homeowners trying to preserve the family wealth. Eventually the homeowners will evolve into the Eloi, while the renter excluded from the superior gene pool of the Eloi will become the Morlock.0 -
