Where is the ignore function on the drop down menu you get when you click on a users name?
This was really useful in avoiding posters who are clearly PPR'd members with a new name (straight in to posting in Discussion time).

For now you can get to it via two steps.
1) Go to their profile page.
2) Select ignore under user lists.
