How to sell with noisy neighbours

Environmental health have lockable auto decibel meters which are used to record evidence.
Other option is If they are up all night blasting it, the time to blast them is early morning to midday. A few hours of a cheapo electronic drum machine plugged into a hifi will drive them nuts. Things will get worse before they get better.0 -
Op, you have my sympathies with the neighbours from hell. My friend had the same for 9 years until I got Social Services involved. They quite literally disappeared over night.
If your nieghbours have children, make an anonymous phonecall to Social Services telling them you have heard the kids next door 'screaming in pain' and the sound of their parents 'shouting' at them.
Social Services are busy enough without having to investigate false reports.0 -

Its privately rented and landlord basically told me where to go, openly admitting they couldnt care less. Its with enviro health at the council. Hopefully they will be able to stop it.
Feel like living off bread and water from now on so i can save enough to move quicker although i even feel scared about that now - who knows what my new neighbours would be like. Have a friend whos fence got kicked in, a colleagues neighbour passed away and was devestated by the new owners late night parties and open drug dealing, another person i know has problems with people blocking his driveway. None of these people live in the same area so i suppose it shows how widespread a problem nuisance neighbours is.
What have these neighbours done exactly?0
