Anyone else receive an email yesterday saying they haven't scanned their receipts so won't receive the 500 points for the week?
I had scanned my receipts last week so phoned them & was told there was a problem with the automatic system & that my points would be awarded.
However, still no points added or email received advising of 500 points added as usual.0 -
Just received another email saying they did not receive the scans & asked me to re-send. Luckily I had not deleted them as the receipts were put in the compost bin this morning! Now wait for the 500 points to be added.0

I have always kept a duplicate file on the PC with the receipts that way if {and like you it has happened to me in the past} I just pull the file up and resend.
Holding for a month at a time saves the odd panic as I normally recycle the paper ones each week.0 -

I'm having errors transmitting, i get an error:
ERROR IN CTWS
Kantar.CTWS.Domain.Exceptions.InvalidPostDataBlobException was thrown
Have tried on Windows 7 desktop, Win 10 desktop and Win 10 laptop, all same error.
Have emailed Kantar with screenshots, will see what response back.0
