When I transmitted mine for the first time, a message came up saying that they had been transmitted & that they were cleared from clicker so it was ready for next shopping.

You really should read your welcoming letter and the user guide as this gives you the information you need.

If you transmit every day or once a week you still only get 1100 points. The choice is yours, as I stated on one of my posts you choose the day/time you want to transmit {as long as it by midnight on a Sunday} you will then get the reward/rewards {if you do the till receipts as well} but you will only get 1100 plus 500 points each week no matter how many times you transmit.

Yes, they were out of stock for a couple of days and then vanished yesterday. I just ordered the physical version instead.

Typical. Been away all week. Come home tried to upload some bar codes I scanned and I have a orange light on the clicker as if it is frozen. Doesn't connect when I plug into my laptop. Doesn't have red beam for scanning anymore.
Helpline shut until Monday. I need to scan by midnight tomorrow. Anyone had similar experience

Your allowed up to midnight Monday if unable to submit your scanner for the week; however, receipts are to be received by midnight Sunday.

Thanks. I think I got a second chance once before. I have sent them a message. Been charging the clicker for a few hours and no change. Probably need a new one or maybe new battery.
Don't want to get kicked off. Nearly did when I was a new mum and wasn't doing much shopping myself. They threatened to close my account as I wasn't scanning and uploading enough.
