I take part on the normal survey the original way using a palm held scanner. Have just had to have a replacement one which arrived today but isn't working properly. I have been told that they have a communications problem & I have to contact them again on Monday. Wonder if this is why you are late in receiving points - or perhaps you should contact them to ensure your information was received and recorded!

Do you think that we'll be getting double points over the Xmas period as they've done in previous years ? Can't remember if it's normally 2 or 3 weeks that they do that for ?

Keeping everything crossed as I could really do with the extra points

The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 19th December to Sunday 1st January.

This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 26th December and Monday 2nd January will be tripled.

During this period you will still receive 500 points per week for uploading till receipts as usual.

After AGES waiting for an invite to this panel after registering my interest, I finally got sent my scanner pack today, yay!!!

I have a couple of questions which I'm hoping someone on here might be able to answer seeing as you've all been doing it so long!!

1. Do I have to upload after every scanned shop, or can I scan a few shops over the course of a week and then upload in one go on, say, a Friday?

2. The pack doesn't seem to give much info on how many points you get, whether uploading lots per week gets you more points, and how much these points are worth?

3. Does it take a little while for points to show up on your reward account? Hubby and I uploaded the starter upload and then a shop earlier (our first one!) my reward account so far says 0 points?

We wait until either Saturday or Sunday to send the info over to them so just choose a day {as long as it is by midnight on a Sunday}

Till receipts are worth 500 points {no matter how many you send} and your scanning is worth 1100 points {once again no matter how many are sent}

As long as you send by midnight on the Sunday tlll receipts rewards will show on either Monday pm or Tuesday am and your scanning will show Tuesday or Wednesday

As above, but I advise uploading on a Friday, because claim time limit for the lucky drawer numbers is on the Saturday

Never having had to claim a prize I do not know just how tight this limit is, but it would be a bummer to find out on Sunday the limit was the previous day and "tough luck there matey"

I've seen something similar about the deadline for claiming if you're the draw winner before but this is puzzling! For example, I've just transmitted barcodes etc and it states the deadline for claiming is 20.01.17 (Friday), so in 5 days time.

Is there another draw or deadline for something I'm not aware of?

I have just registered with Shop & Scan and received my pack & scanner.

I have also just transmitted my first scans.

Can someone please tell me how many scans can be saved on the scanner

before I transmit?
