I'm on the Irish version of Shop & Scan. I've noticed that my monthly reward points are different each time. Any reason for this?
Also, my points arent adding up for some reason. http/i.imgur. com/MSHtmcW. png (cant post links so there are gaps in link)

I've no idea how the Irish version points system works so can't help with that.
With regard to the points not adding up, i'm not sure what you mean as it looks ok to me.0 -

you have to add credit to points carried forward, but don't know why your points would be different ot UK, you will need to contact kantar0 -
I have signed up for an invitation through a survey couple of weeks ago. I believe some other members of the forum received the same.
It was for my mobile phone and basically I would take a picture and submit the receipts.
In return they said they would send my balance each week which they haven't.
I tried to contact them via e-mail as they never contacted me and after like 10 emails with different answers to the same questions they asked me to call them.
They ask my panel number and i have given this couple of times (at least it says on the mobile app. it is my panel number!) and all I heard back finally was to call them.
I did call them and person replied the phone was very impatient and didn't even listen what I had to say, kept talking at me. I told him I have contacted them via email and was asked to call and gave my panel number and he told me to read the e-mail I have received to him! I said "it says please contact us".
He doesn't seem to have any idea about mobile phone version of this too. He was talking to me as if I asked the most stupid question he ever heard. It could be for him but surely i try to find info. Whatever.
My customer service experience with them isn't the best as you can see.
So could someone say to me whether you have letters in front of your panel number. My number starts with RWxxxx. Do i need to give only the numbers to them?

I'm with the "regular" shop and scan so have no letters in my panel ID but I'd think to be safe give them the full ID reference... I hope you get the points due to you soon0 -
Thank you. He told me it should be numbers only and when I tried to give him the full code he wouldn't even listen and ask other questions. So i kept repeating RW RW all the time!! :rotfl:ally.0

Try calling again and just give the numbers ( mine contains six numbers if that helps ) hopefully you'll get through to someone with more patience and is a lot more helpful0

My number starts RE followed by a 5 digit number. I too have been sending receipts weekly but have no idea how my accounts stand. Only heard from them when I had no receipts one week and they notified me that I could get a weekly reward if I completed the No Rewards option on the app.0

I have this morning received an email from Shop and Scan Receipts giving me my balance up to December 21st.0
